SHIPPING - just good juju does NOT CHARGE FOR SHIPPING OF ITEMS PURCHASED ON the WEBSITE OR ORDERED AT EVENTS. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED DUE TO A FAULTY PRODUCT, we WILL REFUND THE COST OF SHIPPING. FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS, SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMEr.

CUSTOMIZATIONS - all PIECES ARE INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED AND CRAFTED BY HAND and are sold ‘as is’.

VARIANCES - we USE MANY NATURAL PRODUCTS TO CREATE just good juju PIECES. NATURAL PRODUCTS ARE PRONE TO COLOR VARIANCES AND NO TWO PIECES ARE THE SAME. THE PHOTOGRAPHS ON THIS SITE ARE OF THE ACTUAL PIECES BEING SOLD AND we HAVE DONE our BEST TO MAKE SURE THEY SHOW THE COLOR AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE. NO TWO COMPUTER OR MOBILE SCREENS WILL SHOW THE COLORS PRECISELY AND SO just good juju CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE COLORS ON YOUR SCREEN ARE AN EXACT MATCH OF THE PRODUCT.

CHILD CARE - just good juju ITEMS ARE MADE TO WITHSTAND NORMAL USE AS ITEMS OF ADULT JEWELRY. HOWEVER, THEY ARE MADE WITH STONES AND OTHER SMALL COMPONENTS THAT COULD CAUSE INJURY TO A CHILD IF SWALLOWED. FOR THIS REASON, we DO NOT RECOMMEND our JEWELRY FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 AND SUGGEST THAT CARE BE TAKEN NOT TO ALLOW CHILDREN TO WEAR OR PLAY WITH ANY ITEM OF JEWELRY THAT COULD CAUSE INJURY IF BROKEN.
